Body awareness

As you explore the breath it is natural to become more aware of your body , noticing where the deep sense of relaxation is first occurring for you.


It's fun to observe how easily you are able to lose or alter the feeling in an arm or a leg or to experiment with feelings of lightness or heaviness . And then you can explore having those interesting feelings and sensations gradually spread through your whole body as if being covered by waves of deep calmness and tranquillity.


Take time to move your awareness very gradually through each and every part of your body. Notice the softening of the tiniest muscles, like those around your eyes and forehead.


Discover the interesting peace of mind that occurs as your body becomes increasingly relaxed.


Then you are ready to experience your "special place ".
