NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They studied excellence in a number of inspiring individuals and created NLP as a means of modelling successful behaviour and thereby making success available to anybody.
There are many definitions of NLP, e.g. "NLP is an attitude and a methodology, which leaves behind a trail of techniques" (Richard Bandler). However until you actually experience the immediate and sometimes dramatic changes from NLP, written definitions only describe a fraction of the transformations that occur even after one treatment.
I am a Master NLP Practitioner in London, NLP Trainer and an Advanced NLP Therapeutic Specialist, licensed by the Society of NLP.
The Advanced NLP Therapeutic Specialist qualification is the highest therapeutic NLP certification issued by the Society of NLP and approved by Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP. In fact, there are only 50 of us with this level of certification in the UK and 200 internationally.
I use a range of techniques to help you make alterations to your subconscious patterns. If you imagine your mind as a computer hard drive, NLP is a method of writing updates to your programmes of behaviours and emotions.
Using NLP I can help you to help yourself in relationships; career development; motivation; confidence; phobias; habits; anxiety; stress and achieving goals.
And as you discover the benefits of NLP you can start using these techniques by yourself, enabling you to become your own NLP coach and gain greater control over all aspects of your life. Visit my contact page to book an appointment.
