We leave the majority of our activities to the unconscious otherwise there would be too much to think about. We taught our subconscious most of its patterns years ago through repetition e.g. walking, talking, writing, swimming, driving.
The thoughts and behaviours operated by the subconscious are effectively habits, good or bad. The subconscious does not discriminate. That’s why we need to revisit our subconscious from time to time and make sure it’s running up-to-date routines. This also applies to thoughts and emotions. They become habitual too.
If there is any area of your life where you need to change habitual thoughts, feelings or behaviour, it’s a good idea to use hypnotherapy and NLP.
