Sometimes we can be very well prepared for a test or exam but nervousness kicks in and we don't perform as well as we could.
This is another situation in which hypnotherapy can be a significant difference. Here is what my client Elizabeth said, after treatment for her driving test:
"I have been driving for just over 1 year. I went to see Andy before taking my test last year as I was concerned that nerves could get the better of me on the test day. I failed a driving test a few years ago - I got very nervous and made some really silly mistakes, so didn't want to repeat the experience this time around.
I had a course of sessions with Andy and had a CD from each session to listen to at home. I had the sessions in the weeks running up to my test and a session on the day before.
I went along to my driving test feeling well prepared and reasonably calm - I still felt some nerves but they were under control! I took my test and all went really well, I passed with 4 minor errors which I was really pleased with. Throughout the test I felt much calmer than I have done in previous test experiences (exams etc) and the experience of taking the test was vastly better than any test experience I had had before.
I would recommend this course to anyone who suffers from similar test nerves and found the whole experience really beneficial."
