You can find me and Spring to Mind (Hypnotherapy & NLP) at my beautifully designed therapy room at 36a Duke Street, Brighton BN1 1AG.

 

My premises are easily reached by train, bus or car from most areas in Brighton and Hove as well as many parts of East Sussex and West Sussex, including Lewes, Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing.

My therapy room in Brighton

My therapy room is based in central Brighton, easily reached by public transport:

  • Local Brighton and Hove buses stop at Churchill Square
  • Long distance buses from all around Sussex stop at Churchill Square
  • Brighton railway station is ten minutes walk
  • Several multistorey carparks are located nearby

If you arrive early there are many cafes and coffee shops in the area.
